About Finland
If your final Bachelor‘s diploma and transcript
are not available within the application period and you are applying for one of
the International Master‘s Degree Programmes, do not wait to receive your final
papers. Instead, submit the documents you have available (the latest
transcript, provisional certificate, or some other educational assessment
document indicating your status as
well as your completed coursework)
and point out the anticipated university
graduation date on the online applicant registration form available during
the application period. If you can,
obtain an authorized certificate on
your approaching graduation from your university.
Step 01
First you have to find out admission requirements/documents for your application. application period open from December to January. Application requirements differ from program to program. However certain countries need to follow specific requirements and application process. For a example, if you are willing to apply LUT and graduated from countries such as Bangladesh, India, China and etc, you need to give specific attention for documents and application process.
Step 02
Fill the online application form. If you graduated from specific country then you have to sent hard copies of documents to the respective university. You don't need separate application for scholarships.
Step 03
During February, you have to face interview conduct by the university. That interview test your English speaking skills and motivation to the study program.
Step 04
You will receive admission results on end of March. If you got good opportunity, accept the study place and prepare to get resident permit. It will take around 2-3 months.

at Finnish polytechnics which are available to international students.

Most universities in Finland require
international students to provide proof of English language proficiency. This
can be in form of TOEFL or IELTS. If you do not have these yet and Finland is
your target, then you must make arrangements to write any of these tests. All
you need to know about these tests are contained in this blogger. Most of the universities require you to send test results to University directly. When filling out the TOEFL Registration
Form, please fill in University Admissions Finland Institution Code 3138 in the
Score Report Recipient field.
Do I need to pay tuition fees in Finland?
If you are enrolled as a degree student in a Bachelor‘s
or Doctoral level program, the higher education institution will not charge
tuition fees.
Most Master‘s level programmers are free of charge for EU students. In the past, foreigners could study tuition-free at any level in Finland but recently. they changed their strategies and charge tuition fee for English language master's level programs from non-EU/EEA international students. However, University founded scholarships are available for international students.

English Language Proficiency Test
TOEFL test results sent directly from the test
organiser
Score slips submitted by the applicant will not
be accepted. When filling out the TOEFL Registration Form, please give
University Admissions Finland Institution Code 3138.
IELTS Academic copy of the test score
Electronic test scores are accepted only when
they are made available to University online by the test organizer. Please indicate in
Section 23 of the IELTS registration form that University Admissions Finland is
able to verify the score electronically. The testing centre will then make your
IELTS score available to University. It usually takes at least 13 days for the results
to be published after you have taken the IELTS test.
